A little part of Maine remains in Tel Aviv | Tel Aviv and Center | Jerusalem Post. Very curious story about some emigrants from Maine to Jaffa, in Palestine. Apparently, these guys set up a whole little colony outside the city walls, and held on for a while, despite serious problems. What determination!
